Trina (or Trini Tripod as we affectionally call her) was found only a couple of streets from the shelter, we saw her one day looking very forlorn lying at the edge or a road, after rushing back to get her food and water we discovered she had some serious damage to one of her back legs and could not even get up to drink, we took her straight to our vet who put her on fluids and gave her all her shots and now she is a very happy girl, we did plan on removing part of the leg but we now dont need to, in fact only one of her toes needed operating on and now not only can she run and play with the others but also manages to get herself up on the garden table
